Nicole is a life saver, back in Nov I was charged with a DUI and reckless. My case wasn't looking good for me since I provided a breath sample and told the officer that I indeed was drinking that night. After looking for a decent lawyer for a while I stumbled across Nicole on google, it had a lot of good reviews so I decided to hire her just to see if I could get a little better deal than the other lawyers I talked to said I was going to get. The best decision I've ever made, she was clear with me about the outcome the whole time and we already had agreed on a deal . The day of the trial 30 min before my case was called she talked to prosecutor outside of the court for 15 mins then I saw the officer that arrested me follow her outside, I was scared but to my surprise she told me that she worked out a deal that reduce my charge to a reckless driving only, no alcohol interlock,a fine and loss of lisence for only 6 months. This is way less that what I was originally expecting. The fact that the DUI is not going to be in my record is amazing. If you ever get a DUI or other traffic violation it would be stupid not to hire her. Thank you Nicole.

In early 2013 I was unfairly and unjustly incarcerated for a false positive urine screen of LSD by Manassas Probation & Parole. I had been taking Fentanyl patches for an accident that had occurred the previous year which was causing the false drug screens. Nicole Naum not only handled my case but she also subpoenaed a professional toxicologist to testify on my behalf in turn getting the cases against me dismissed. Nicole went above and beyond the "call of duty" and displayed the type of loving care (when handling my case) that one would expect from a family member or close friend. She also helped me beat a DUI and got the charge dropped to a reckless driving. I would recommend her to anyone in the state of Virginia that needed legal representation. Her professionalism and understanding of the law is far superior to that of her peers (in my experience) and I would not trust another attorney with my freedom or my finances. Everyday I wake-up I am grateful for the remarkable work that she did and if it were not for her expertise and dedication I would most likely still be incarcerated to this day.

I reached out to Nicole Naum’s office and from the beginning I was re-assured at the attentiveness of the firm in addressing my concerns regarding my reckless driving ticket in Prince William County.
