I was referred to them by a friend and was concerned about contacting them on super late notice (1 day) and Lili still rocked it in the courtroom, Jenni was great at preparing everything needed for her. Unfortunately, we have had to use Mr. Pignone’s services more than I would like. Our latest instance was when my son was falsely charged with Assault and Battery. After consulting with Mr. Pignone my son felt more at ease with it being resolved positively. There was a total of 4 charges, Mr. Pignone resolved 2 of them before the first court date. The DA presented Mr. Pignone with a deal, he presented it to my son and while presenting he said, and we won’t be taking that. He felt confident with the evidence my son was not guilty. Next court day comes. Mr. Pignone informed us that 1 of the 2 alleged victims is not showing. So, it is down to one charge. We had to have a trial. This was the first time we had got to witness Mr. Pignone in a trial. I must say it was exciting to watch him question the accuser. In just a few minutes Mr. Pignone had the accuser and the witness admit to lying. A few minutes later the judge had to agree with Mr. Pignone and the verdict was Not Guilty!! So glad we went to court with the best attorney on our side.
