Steve represented me in Loudoun county, he was able to get the prosecutor drop the charges against me and successfully defended me with the associated protective order. Steve is an amazing attorney!! If I could give him 10 stars, I would. I trusted him completely and he came through! He helped me put behind a horrible situation I was in. I would strongly recommend him to anyone in need of a wonderful criminal attorney!

At first I was very scare because I was facing a serious charge. Mr Duckett never promised anything all he told was he was going to give me the best representation.. and that’s what he did. He was awesome answering my questions and believe or not he got my difficult case dismissed. I’ll totally recommend him. He’s the real deal.

Finally, based on Mr. Steve's advices I plead guilty on this, but Mr. Steve presented my case nicely to the judge. He convinced about who I am as he had advised me to create my "good girl" file plus he highlighted about my personal life situation as well. So, trust him and he knows what he is doing. I also hired him after I looked lots of client's reviews and I trusted him. My case finally taken care of to pay fine and suspended serious sentences under serious reckless driving charges. It's not easy when u get trapped under some accusations even you didn't or did on purpose.

Steve Duckett is one of a kind. The Best of the Best. If this website would allow me to select a rating of Outstanding Phenomenal, I would. I am confident to this day that God led me to Steve's website and the rest was history. He was brilliant in and out of the courtroom. Steve told it like it is but never waivered in making sure he obtained the most favorable outcome which he absolutely did. The defense witnesses did not even have to testify since he basically broke and tore down the prosecution's case. Motion to strike are almost always requested but rarely are they approved but Steve did it. I would highly recommend Steve Duckett in the most possible strongest of terms. I recently received a ticket in Prince William County going 88 in a 60 mph on 95S. Being over 80mph, and over 20 mph over the speed limit, I was issued a reckless driving ticket and knew hiring a lawyer was my best bet. Though slightly more expensive then some of the other attorneys I spoke with, I felt most confident after speaking with Steve and some of the individuals in his office, and decided he was my best bet- and I was not disappointed. The first success was Mary Soliman from his office was able to move my court date up three weeks since I was going to be on orders out of the state at the time of my court date. Then, after following all of Steve's directions - which included acquiring my drivers record, completing 28 hours of community service (the number mph I was over the limit), attending a four hour aggressive driver class, getting my speedometer calibrated, and creating a 'good person file' listing my accomplishments and highlighting all the ways I was a positive, contributing member of society- Steve was able to get my ticket completely dismissed! I expected and hoped it would be reduced to a regular speeding ticket, which is what the other lawyers I saw in court that day do, but mine was completely dismissed and required no further action or mandatory classes from me. Barring the court fees, I owed the county nothing, I didn't lose any points on my license, and best of all I didn't get charged with a misdemeanor. Throughout the whole process Steve was very professional, confident, and calming (which was worth its weight in gold since I was a nervous wreck leading up to the date). I would highly recommend Steve to anyone facing a reckless driving charge in PW County. Though I have no intention of getting any more reckless driving tickets, I plan to keep his number in my phone just in case and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. Thanks again, Steve!

I was facing a charge of Domestic Violence in Prince William County. Any conviction whatsoever in a case like this meant, not only criminal penalties, but in my case also the end of my job and being barred from ever hold a position in my career field again. Every bit of my 23 years of experience was about to become worthless and I was going to lose everything I ever worked for. Then I talked to Steve. He wasn't the cheapest around but is a criminal trial the time to go shopping for the cheapest attorney you can find? Steve was worth every penny. Other criminal attorneys that I knew, and that knew the facts of the case, said I need to take a plea and there was no chance of winning this case. But Steve knew that for me, a plea was just as bad. He formulated a strategy, knew the legal landscape of the area (a rare and critical skill for your attorney to have), and delivered. In a big way. Steve got the charges completely dismissed. I still cannot believe it. God forbid I should ever get in trouble again but, if I do, Steve is my first call. I wholeheartedly recommend that if you have to step up to the plate with the Prince William County legal system, trust Steve Duckett to swing the bat.
