Probably the best lawyer I ever had. Law firm in general! Kevin. Fred. Allison. Sorry if I left anyone out…. My license had been revoked for some years due to a few dwi…Had gotten pulled over and charged with driving on revoked. Kevin got it thrown out!! And after a class or two and some months we went back in front of the judge and got my license back. Full restoration. No restrictions. He definitely did what he said he could do!! To say that I got myself "in a bind" is putting it light hearted. I have only had 2 speeding tickets in the last 20 years or so and have only been in traffic court to pay my fine and make deployment date. This time, it was different, I was nervous because of (in my mind) the severity of the charge. This was not a speeding ticket, the charge had the possibility of serious implications to my employment, current security clearance, and "Pursuit of Happiness". I was charged with reckless driving and at first it seemed like such a minor traffic violation, but I am so glad I decided to get an attorney. I contacted Mr. Wilson about 2 months before my court date and got in touch with him immediately. The next day I was given a list of all the information I needed to give him to win my case and my court date was moved so that he could be the one to represent me. The homework list was extensive, but provided him with anything and everything he needed! Mr. Wilson was extremely professional in handling my criminal traffic case. He and his staff thoroughly investigated all aspects and interviewed me personally so he could represent me in a superior manner in court. The type of case I hired Mr. Wilson to represent me for two DIP charges and I think he did an excellent job. After having already paid the retainer fee, there came a point when I was ready to just throw in the towel and prepay the fines rather than going to court, but Mr. Wilson convinced me that I had nothing to lose and to trust in him to do his job. Which is exactly what I did and was very surprised with the outcome; it was far better than I had expected it to be. Even though a DIP is only a class 4 misdemeanor it is a criminal offense and in the state of VA, if you are found guilty and convicted of this charge then for the rest of your life you will have a criminal record.
