I could not recommend this law firm enough!! After trying multiple other lawyers that dropped my complicated divorce case midway, Whitney was there to help me. Between Whitney Armstrong and her Paralegal Ashley, I never felt ignored or that I was a burden. Whether it be phone calls or emails, they were 100% transparent and communicated consistently to keep me informed throughout the process. I Never Received A Call Back. This Call Was Supposed To Tell Me If They Were Going To Take My Case. This Is The Way This Law Firm Tells You “NO“ They Are Not Interested In Helping You During Your Time Of Need.

If you’re in a family court battle to where your ex isn’t being cooperative at all, don’t choose this law firm. If things are calm on both sides, this firm could be your pick. My experience… Ms Armstrong let the other lawyer yell at me and a witness of mine the entire hearing. And then started making conversation with the other lawyer and my ex at the end of the hearing right in front of me and talked to them as much as she talked to me after loosing a great deal in the hearing. If you need a strong family lawyer in this area, be careful who you pick. I went to Roanoke to find a new lawyer for the second hearing and it’s like night and day. He actually represents my son and I and shows ambition to solving our problems. There is some small town patty cake going on in these small rural towns btwn the few family lawyers available and it’s quite a circus.

My family as well as myself has used this law firm pretty much anytime it was necessary for legal advice/representation. This was the first time I had Whitney representing me. Truth be told I'm probably not the easiest client to deal with in the fact I hate to wait. With that said, Whitney was great. She always kept me updated and did exactly what she said she going to do, when she said she was going to do it. Every time I called she got back in touch with me and always super nice and professional. I would recommend them for all your needs.

Called for a court date and the lady who answered the phone refused to tell me yelled at me and slammed the phone. Definitely would not recommend them. Very unprofessional!!!
