Ward was hired to represent my husband in his case that was very serious. I have left other reviews on different sites, and got a lot of personal feedback from others on social media. Let me enlighten you! People who hand a case over and does not bother to help gather information Ward can only go off what is provided. Most people he doesn’t know personally, nor know all details without you assisting gathering ALL THE FACTS. You do not just say here you go it’s your problem now and fix it, then go and just sit down, and get mad because you didn’t get the results you want. This man and his staff gave their all just as we did. Needless to say he kicked BUTT! All of his staff and himself stayed with us during the entire time, and the two day trial for support. When the case was over and we WON, Ward and his staff cried along with our family. Did we ever lose faith in Ward or his staff, ABSOLUTELY NOT! If you want a wonderful group of people on your side hire Ward! I promise you will not be disappointed. Take it from my husband and myself, he saved our lives. THEY ARE THE BEST IN THIS AREA!

Armstrong Law Firm is the best firm in Martinsville/Henry County. I have used them for several cases, ranging from custody to real estate transactions. They are very responsive, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I recommend this office to anyone for anything!

They are a wonderful group. Everyone was very responsive, I ALWAYS got a response back from them in the same day, always! I felt better having Ward’s support because he was knowledgeable and certainly no pushover like some lawyers. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again myself!

Office is super clean

Mr.Armstrong was very professional in representing me in my case. He stood up for me, and was not scared to go against the Commonwealth to fight for me. Anytime I needed to speak with him, someone from his office was very fast getting back with me and answering my questions. I recommend mr. Armstrong to anyone that needs a good criminal lawyer. I definitely give him a 5 star rating.

Sent this office a concise letter detailing the area of law we were seeking advice about. There was nothing ambiguous about the case or our request. They responded, affirming they could offer assistance. This was a prepaid meeting, not a free consultation. Literally the first full statement the attorney made was she didn't know anything about that area of law. There were two key questions that needed to be addressed. They were not. The attorney said she would be back in touch, if only to recommend someone else. She also said she would try to find some relevant info. She never responded. At the end of the meeting, an impartial third party commented they thought the client was actually the attorney. On top of misrepresenting themselves, they maintained the payment for their "services" which demostrates a thorough lack of integrity. Thoroughly disgusted that this type of business dealing is acceptable. For a profession that represents our judicial system, that should value integrity...it's just unbelievable. ***Office returned fee, which is appreciated. Unfortunately, this was a time barred case. Circumstances and availability severely limited resources to legal options. What may have seemed like something that could be easily dismissed by the attorney, ultimately cost us our chance at justice.

Was represented personally by Ward Armstrong in a complicated estate and family matter. No doubt that Wards experience and knowledge was the key factor in dealing with this situation. He consistently remained calm and cool in the handing of a arrogant northern va attorney. Was apparent after our first meeting in court,opposing counsel were in over there head. I worked with Mr.Armstrong and his daughter Whitney, and they were both wonderful! They truly cared about my situation and were willing to go above and beyond to help me! Ward and his staff were always very easy to contact and quickly returned my calls if I had any concerns and also got me in quickly for appointments. Having to hire an attorney and going to court is such a stressful time and they made a very difficult process and stressful time of my life much easier!
