Very professional and pleasant to talk to

I want to start out by saying by this man is incredible! He went up to bat for me and he never backed down, he got me everything I wanted plus a little more! I would highly recommend Michael to anyone! You will not regret it! This man is amazing and terrific at his job and he's very intelligent and educated and will put your case first! I am in deep gratitude to him And I'm very grateful I chose to go through him. If I could give a 10-star rating I would without a second doubt. Check him out!.

I've been a criminal defense attorney for about 20 years. When my son got into some serious trouble in Henry County, I called a few colleagues who practice in Southwest Virginia. I asked all three "Who would you want to represent you kid if you were in my shoes?" All three said they would want Michael McPheeters. It is difficult for me to step back from being an attorney and let somebody else be the Capitan of the ship. Having been in this profession for a while, it is easy for me to spot who is really on their game as opposed to who is a big talker. I was impressed with Mr. McPheeters from the first moment I spoke with him. Having him representing my son put my mind at ease and allowed me to step back and be a father to my son instead of trying to be an attorney and a father. I am confident that Mr. McPheeters obtained the best result possible. He gave my son an opportunity to be able to move forward from this incident and have an opportunity at a meaningful life.
