Would not recommend this law firm, especially Matthew Brennan, for any of your Real Estate needs. Felt like we were slowly bled for money with zero positive results and he didn't come close to matching the level of drive the opposing law firm presented. In other words, we feel he didn't fight for our position. Additionally, not only did we pay his lawyer fee (which is higher than his competitors in the area), but we also paid another member of his team that he had get advice from regarding our situation. This was not told to us until we received an invoice. When concerns were expressed over him billing, we asked to be notified when fees were incurred and our retainer was close to running out. This didn't happen. Recommend going somewhere else.

Merritt went above and beyond my initial agreement with both him and his firm. He is the first attorney to actually reach out to me and ask me about my experience using his firm. I had a lot of respect for him, especially since I was not getting very far in my settlement negotiations. When Merritt heard about my frustrations, he promised to personally look over my files and take charge of the situation. Which he did, immediately. In the end, he was able to settle my grievance (to my satisfaction) and make good on his promise that he would see it all the way through the end. I highly recommend Merritt.
