Jennifer and her team are amazing. My father was found guilty of a non violent crime. He was deported (left willfully) around 2004 after a prior lawyer mishandled the judgement, regarding his green card status after his conviction. in immigration court. Every lawyer I reached out to afterwards, said there was nothing that could be done and he is barred from returning to the US. Fast forward to 2014, I reached out to Ms. Varughese and she walked my family & I through the steps to get my father back to the US. Our efforts were derailed by the pandemic but Jennifer remained diligent. Her communication skills and attention to detail are phenomenal. She had an alternate plan if our more direct approach to obtaining my father’s return failed, which she outlined for us. We did everything she asked & Jennifer and her paralegal, Maria, completed the unending USCIS applications. My father’s applications were approved, slowly but surely and he is now back in the states with his family. I highly recommend her to anyone with immigration problems. She knows immigration very well.

My family and I will forever be grateful to Jennifer. I am finally a US Citizen after being here in the US for over 25 years. I had a very complicated case due to a criminal conviction prior to getting my green card in 2001. I talked to many lawyers over the years. Most of them told me not to pursue naturalization. Others told me to pursue it (after 5 years of getting my green card) even though they can't explain to me what their plans are. I consulted with Jennifer in 2014 and she told me upfront that it will be a battle but she's confident that she can win me the case if she can get me in front of the judge. It was a long process that involved me getting picked up by ICE in 2016 which was unfortunate but ultimately necessary. That arrest brought us in front of a judge. Mr. Noorishad helped a friend of mine beat some big time drug charges. He was charged possession with the intent to distribute at the airport with some legit weight and Kavey got all the charges dismissed! He’s a wizard and definitely has that magic touch where none of the charges stick. I still can’t believe it, but when it was all over, he turned to my friend and shook his hand and we all walked out of the courtroom. He’s the real deal and will treat you like family.
