We've been incredibly impressed by Jessica and her team as they have helped us with expert advice and counsel relating to our life and estate planning. These are important issues that Jessica has approached with skill, attention to detail, considered deliberation, and the appropriate amount of humor(these are heavy issues after all). Jessica has also helped us make sure we have the right financial, medical, educational, and other documents in place as our kids have turned 18. They were quick to respond and provided us with a detailed explanation on all questions we had. My wife and I have worked with Jessica Marchegiano and JM Law for our Estate Planning needs. Until we met Jessica we knew very little about Revocable Living Trusts. Jessica explained to us in minute detail all there is to know about Living Trusts and walked us step by step what we needed to do in order to create our trust and the decisions that we had to make in order to finalize the trust documents. Jessica was very professional, to the point, extremely easy to work with, very accommodating and on top of all that very knowledgeable in her field. Working with JM Law was an excellent experience. Jessica Marchegiano was able to take a confusing exercise (reworking trust documents) and made it simple and easy to understand. She was always responsive to our calls. She listened to our questions and provided good advice. She organized our trust documents into a binder that is easy to read and locate specific information. Ms. Marchegiano redid all of my estate documents and pointed out important facts I had not considered regarding my estate and implications for my heirs. She set up my trust and my estate documents are the most organized of any lawyer I’ve used in the past. She is very responsive and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
