I could'nt wait to write this Bad Review after Hiring Ms.Swinton. I even discussed everything before I decided on writing this Review. Ms.Swinton tells me my consequences was necessary and we could've fought.smh Go to Trial just for worst consequences then I'm already stressing. Only thing positive about Ms.Swinton I can say is she does communicate. Ms.Swinton was referred to me by an Good Lawyer that No longer practices. This was my first Guilty D.U.I and I agreed to the Interlock on my car for work. I ended up with The Car Interlock and Walking/Home machine.smh It just didn't feel right, especially since Nobody ever heard of a walking monitor. So basically I could'nt drink at all. It's not illegal to drink. So I drink on my cousins birthday, Violated had to go to court just for the prosecutors to say I wasn't supposed to have that Monitor in the first place.smh The Judge dismisses that case which was Rare without any Lawyer present on my behalf . Ms.Swinton had me check the wrong Box for the Interlock agreement. Which was the Court and Ms.Swintons Mistake. God was with me! I even went back to court the next morning to file a motion for that. Waste of time and very stressful if you know about the Fairfax System. Now I'm currently Locked out my Car for a week blessed to have my Van also to move around. The Smart Start wants me to pay for the months I had the walking machine on top of already paying for the Car Interlock. I didn't pay for the Walking machine because I already have a violation court date. Be smart these people doesnt care about us. I'm calling Smart Start tomorrow to just take the interlock off all together just to get this stress off me. It's a Set Up! I see why people just ride the 1yr Suspension out. Now they want me to take the Drivers Test over.smh I also paid my court fees and Asap classes which I completed. Don't Hire Kiara Swinton she is careless. Facts
