I retained the services of Rob regarding a secondary buyout transaction. Shortly post the engagement of his firm, Rob quickly understood the business dynamic behind the transaction and provided sound, thoughtful and practical advice with the transaction that had a nexus with multiple foreign jurisdictions. Rob is a fantastic M&A and corporate attorney. Rob has provided exceptional advice on a number of issues for us. He can reduce complex situations to the few key points that you really need to understand to make a decision, and doesn't waste time on legalese. Super responsive and very easy to work with. Rob represented our management team in the review and negotiation of complex employment and equity agreements with a private investors. This is the second time I have been "at the table" with Rob.
