I would like to say that Harrison & Cavanaugh are all excellent lawyers. They take the time to hear your case ,research , and look over all paperwork . Thy are very efficient lawyers someone you can trust and definitely will keep you informed on your important matters. They definitely are great people to have on your side. I would like to also give special thanks to Mrs. Adela Carter and Sean Kavanagh because when Mr. Kavanagh is not available Mrs. Carter definitely handles the situation and ensure that he get all notes and paperwork sent in a timely manner. Thanks again for all your help and great work .

Good lawyer

They talked themselves up greatly. That's all they were good at. Arrogant and cocky, rude and condescending. Pretend to not know who I was from time to time when I would call. It was very bizarre and disturbing. On a gut level.

First the Office Manager Tom calls me and is impatient when he is the one that called ME while I was collecting my autistic child from his school. When I asked questions, he was beyond condescending, his attitude that he could careless JUST-DO-WHAT-I-SAY manner doesn't work for me. Now, I know why everyone hates lawyers. Then Harbison calls me himself and I tell him about Tom's unprofessional demeanor and he states "he didn't call to rehash all that" so I told him if he didn't care about his own business, then I don't either, cancel everything. I seen these other posts here and I cannot believe it. I don't believe them. There is no way Tom interacts with these people and they are fine with being spoken to and blown off. My experience with this firm tells me that I cannot trust them as their representatives are not responsible or respectful. Actually, I spoke to two different women there and THEY seemed to be all that I could ever want in a law firm, too bad I got lousy unprofessional priapic Tom.

I had a problem with Harbison's Office Manager, Tom, whom spoke to me impatiently and condescendingly. He called me while I was collecting my autistic son from his school. I could've just told him this wasn't a good time and have him call back but I did not. His manner conveyed to me that I was bothering him somehow. Later, when I was filing my claim online, I had questions and Tom blew me off in a condescending way, spoke to me with an unprofessional priapic attitude, giving me the unmistakable feeling that I am bothering him yet again. Yet, I was still willing to allow them to have my business as long as I only dealt with someone else other than Tom. I notified their office of this and was also told that Christian would call me the same day, Friday February 24, 2017 before the end of the day. Guess who didn't call............but Harbison called me himself, today, the 27th. I assumed he called to address the Tom issue, so I told him what happened. His response was that he didn't call to "rehash all that". I didn't curse, I wasn't rude, yet, Harbison wasn't concerned about how Tom in his firm was mistreating me. I thought someone who was successful would want to know if their business was being ruined by an unprofessional employee. I was wrong. I can only equate from any business owner who isn't interested in the mistreatment of their clientele as irresponsible and unacceptable for me. I need someone I can trust, who will not be opposed to answering questions, or get offended when I deign to ask a question. Unfortunately, that is not Harbison & Kavanagh.

they are great and very helpful

Mr Harbison and his team were the perfect combination of compassion and professionalism. I was injured at work and he walked me through the work comp process with great patience, educating me to the Virginia codes. I felt prepared every step of the way and very pleased with outcome. I could not recommend more highly.
