Mr. Kavanagh put my mind at ease, and immediately made the decision to assist me. Kavanagh made a very stressful process, approachable for me when I had already dealt with two denials.. I would chat first w/Tom for my intake, whom instantly made me smile with his humor, n upbeat spirit! At the time I was homeless, living in my vehicle. (Under enough stress already). The "waiting period" for an answer from SSI/Disability is not anything attorneys can control. That is the most frustrating part.. However during this long waiting period you "want" & "need" regular contact with those in "your corner"!! This is when I met "Blair"! An absolute joy, n supporter of me. Even praying over my circumstances, she became like "a sister"!! I'll never forget Blair how kind hearted, n genuinely concerned for my well being u were.
