I would like to thank my Atty. Greg Harbison of Harbison & Kavanagh for accepting my case. He along with Blair Millican were very professional, friendly, caring and so patient with my questions and concerns. I really appreciate them returning my calls and emails expeditiously. Mr. Harbison talked to me before and after my hearing which helped me feel at ease. Also thanking other staff members for answering questions and taking messages as well. So far 4 stars. They just took on my case when no other would.

I had a phone consultation with Tom. His first words to me was that there was nothing that could be done and I should just go before the judge and work out a payment plan on the $2,000 I owe. However, I'm not anywhere close to going before a judge and that amount is about 10 percent of what I had contacted him about. He also informed me vocational rehab/ticket to work was a scam used by SSI to see if you're able to work so they can take your benefits away. . He didn't let me get a word in edgewise and constantly spoke over me the entire course of the conversation. I finally was able to get some information across as to the nature and severity of my case and he refused to offer any advice and eventually hung up on me when I challenged him. I am blown away by how disgustingly unprofessional this maybe 6 minute conversation was. Sean Kavanagh emailed me to apologize and said he had tried to call, but I didn't get a call nor a voicemail. I'm absolutely devastated. I reached out in good faith and now I will be attending my meeting alone without representation. I understand fighting for over-payment forgiveness is not a money maker, but you should still treat potential clients with respect and dignity.
