I was overwhelmed with debt and the endless phone calls. I emailed Chandler- Pecoraro late one night when I couldn't sleep because I was worried. Rich responded to me right away and was able to work me into his schedule to see me right away. When I met him, he was very patient with my many questions and took time to make sure I understood and felt comfortable with the process.
