Mr. Behrns represented me in a civil matter where I was in danger of losing tens of thousands of dollars. He and his staff combs hundreds of pages of discovery and found facts extremely helpful to my defense and which cast much doubt on claims the plaintiff made. This case hinged on the admission of these records and Mr. Behrns successfully argued on at least two occasions for their inclusion or in support of their use. This proved pivotal as opposing counsel was quite competent and nearly bound me up on the stand. Though the true facts supported my argument, it took a good lawyer to ensure they came out.
