I will bookmark Mr. Matney if I’m ever in need of a traffic attorney again (hopefully not), living and commuting in Hampton Roads is like running the gauntlet sometimes. I called Mr. Matney because the previous attorney I paid ($150) for consultation didn’t give me that warm fuzzy feeling that he wanted to help me. Mr. Matney not only took his time and consultation was free but he explained and looked up information to tell me what to do to help myself in my current predicament. I had been given a ticket on base for passing a bus with red lights. I maintained my innocence and knew the officer was incorrect in his assessment. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Mr. Matney, HE will HELP you! A advocate for you when others aren’t necessarily on your side.

Mr. Matney was very professional and polite. The way he handled my speeding ticket case is very well. I recommend him for everyone.
