In the state of Virginia, grandparents have no rights to their grandchildren. My husband and I had been in our grandson's life from the moment we found out our daughter was pregnant. In the summer of 2022, he was completely snatched out of our lives. Jen agreed to represent us. We went to court with nothing and came out supervising visitation. Fast forward to one month ago. We went to court and came out with a court ordered one week visitation over the summer with our grandson. Jen was there with us all the way.
