In the state of Virginia, grandparents have no rights to their grandchildren. My husband and I had been in our grandson's life from the moment we found out our daughter was pregnant. In the summer of 2022, he was completely snatched out of our lives. Jen agreed to represent us. We went to court with nothing and came out supervising visitation. Fast forward to one month ago. We went to court and came out with a court ordered one week visitation over the summer with our grandson. Jen was there with us all the way. Whenever we tried to reach out to her, and we didn't get an immediate response we automatically knew she was busy. We also knew we would hear from her as soon as she got a free moment. She's not just there for you from 9-5. She's always there for you.

I highly recommend Attorney Sherwood-Anderson. Our first interaction was during a consultation regarding a motion to register a foreign judgment in the state of Virginia and to modify a visitation order. My husband is active duty military and we’d received orders to PCS to Germany for three years. We consulted/hired her in November with hopes to get everything done by mid February.
