This was the best decision I could have made for our future at the right time with the right company. That's when my father and I started looking for an attorney and my dad came across Sherman C. Smith. For some reason this attorney gave my dad a good feeling about him and we called him. Attorney Smith walked us through the whole process of how the court day works and made us feel a lot more comfortable when walking into the courtroom. Long story short, Attorney Smith put a lot of effort into my case and the case ended up being dismissed. To this day I am still grateful of this attorney and his patience and dedication to his work. I recently had another situation and he was the first person I thought of calling. Attorney Smith very patiently explained to me how pressing charges work and the different outcomes of whether I decided to press charges or not. I received a reckless driving ticket for going 20+ over and over 80. It was labeled "Aggressive" Reckless driving. The probability of me NOT getting any sort of fine or ticket was likely in the 1%.
