My fiancé and I hired Mr. Overbey to assist us with obtaining primary physical custody and shared legal custody of his teenage son. I have had the privilege to have Mr. Overbey as my lawyer. I had gotten into a bad car accident, and he was there for me every step of the way. The first time we met he made a house call, because I was unable to travel. He was kind, warm, and made me feel at ease with the whole process. It was the first time I ever needed a lawyer, so I was unsure about a lot prior to meeting him. He was the best person for the job, and I never felt alone during the process. Later on in my case, Mr. Overbey added Mr. Heath to my team. The both of them were incredible, and fought hard for me.
