I got my first reckless driving ticket driving from MD back home to VA...I sped up to avoid a road rage situation. My Honda drove so smooth I sped right past a trooper without even realizing I was breaking the sound barrier. Attorney Goff represented me...he walked me through best and worst case scenarios when I consulted with him. After I retained him, he told me exactly what I needed to do to best represent my case. When we were in court there were people taking the stand and speaking for themselves when they too had lawyers. Without me asking, Attorney Goff did all of the talking on my behalf. That was a big thing for me because I suck at public speaking. Since then I’ve referred several people to him and no one has been disappointed yet.

My Son had to appear before the Court for a speeding ticket; 81 MPH in a 55 MPH zone. Attorney John Dooley expertly represented his case and was able to get it dismissed altogether. Needless to say my Son’s happy and doesn’t have to worry about loosing his license and figuring out how he’s going to get to work. Thanks John!

Everyone here is polite, professional, and to the point. My case was around the holidays and they still made sure I got the information needed in a timely manner. In the end they were able to get my case dismissed (possessions charge). I would definitely recommend, and God forbid, go to them again if I'm in trouble.

I had the pleasure of having Mr.Goff represent me in a case in Hampton. The state police where so hard on to get a firearm convictions them and the D.A started making up all types of foolishness. Needless to say Joshua took it to trial and we won. He knows the law well and keeps the book with him. Highly recommend

I can honestly say you can't ask for a better attorney. Kevin Weldon goes above and beyond for you, and doesn't tack on an extra bill. The prices he charges are more than reasonable, the work he puts in is by far better than a top dollar law firm. My case would have cost me well over 5k to 10k with any other law firm I contacted, His prices were far less, under $1500. He is personal with a general concern for your entire family, even while he was on vacation with his family, he still checked in on my family. There was never a time I couldn't reach him for any questions or concerns i've had, if anything he was contacting me well beforehand with any updates on the case, He is always on top of your case. When Mr. Weldon said he was going to pursue or do anything he did exactly what he said he was going to do. He never charged me for advice on my divorce case which was out of state and worked well with my other attorney on the matter. When you think of lawyers you generally think i'm about to be screwed, and told what I want to hear, not what the actual reality is, not the case with Mr. Weldon he is up front honest with you the way it is weather it's good or bad for you. He is a very professional man with an understanding of my military service, having being prior military himself. I have a deep found respect for Mr. Weldon. Without any doubts at all he is by far the best attorney to have. I would recommend him and have to anyone needing an attorney above any high powered law firm in the Newport News and all Hampton Roads area. No better man to have for the job. My case being a Military man fighting for custody of my children doesn't usually turn out well for the Service Member and being a Man but Mr. Weldon has beaten those odds standing up against a top Law Firm in Yorktown Va.

I used another law firm in the area before and you could never get in touch with the Attorney. The para was rude every time I called in to ask questions regarding my case.
