My lawyer was Katherine Nace and she was nothing short of spectacular. Long story short Katherine fought for me to get more time with my daughter because my ex wife wasn’t letting me see my daughter at all. After receiving over 2 dozen letters from various law firms because of a traffic ticket that I received for reckless driving (+21 mph over in a 55 mph zone), I knew that this was serious and could possibly destroy my record and career, if convicted. After reading the reviews, I made my decision. It was well worth every penny to have a peace of mind going into court knowing that I was in the best hands. I walked away more knowledgeable and educated on the subject of reckless driving and the traffic laws in VA. I also walked away with minimal damage to my driving record (+6 mph) over speed limit instead of reckless driving.
