I am recommending him for JC/Williamsburg Court. I had a reckless driving ticket for 85/70. This lady Judge is not the one your going to escape without some nasty comment. Josh was the person to help on this one. #1. I had No idea I was reckless driving, thinking it would be 20 over. #2. I wasn't even in a hurry, and had just left a funeral. The State patrolman was really a nice guy, and tried to lean towards reduction with my attorney. #3. Even if she was not going to reduce it, we were going to appeal it, to a better place for the one charge I spent, #4.We did not have to, and she blasted me with a big fine, and reduced it to 1-9 speeding. Josh has great delivery skills where it counts. Thanks!

I have enjoyed a working relationship with Josh Goff from this practice. My experience with josh goff was a pleasant one .He definitely knows his stuff. I recently had a court case where i was falsely accused. He was very professional and confident. Josh goff is the go to guy if you need to be represented. 5 stars is not enough to show his Ability. I definitely recommend Mr. Goff. Chris Voltin will be the only traffic lawyer I will ever call, hope I never have to again but his number is stored in my phone. Very direct and knowledgeable in both my Reckless driving cases. The type of lawyer you want.

Was more than I asked for from a Lawyer, Christopher Voltin held true to his word and was very up front and honest about everything concerning my reckless driving case. I really appreciate the honesty and timeliness of him and his staff. Very awesome bench side manner with all in courtroom. I would not hesitate to go back to him at all. Very displeased with not the firm but with one lawyer. He was supposed to be bais and yet went in favor of the person doing more harm then good.

I hired Mr Josh Goff to represent me in a case and he exceeded all of my expectations. Managed to completely wipe away all of the trouble I had created, despite what I probably deserved. HIRR THIS MAN. I was recommended to attorney J. Goff because I needed a lawyer to obtain unsupervised overnight visitation with my 9 month old daughter. The only thing that made my case difficult was that I have a neurological disorder. I seriously thought I had a slim chance with the assigned judge. But Mr. Goff was very knowledgeable on the child custody/visitation laws and proceedings. His strategy was airtight with questions that gave light to her malicious behavior towards me. Goff made it clear from the beggining that we would win. I walked out of court with some doubt, but the judges decision came back favorable. Now I jave joint legal custody and my requested visitation schedule. All thanks to Goff Volten. His price was also favorable. No per hour charges. An initial deposit of $1500 and now I only owe him $440 for the time spent on my case. After I came in expecting to pay $2500 total. Seeing my daughter after three months of my baby momma dodging my calls was well worth it. Hire this man, you won't regret it. And don't let the look of his office and organized mess fool you. He means business.
