When my wife and I were having safety issues within our apartment and needed to break the lease, we were put in touch with Mr. Thomas at the Decker Firm. He was able to swiftly negotiate the termination of our lease with no penalty to us, and ensured we were able to get out of an unsafe situation. Chip is an extraordinary lawyer and did a phenomenal job representing our church in an eminent domain case. He masterfully documented and defended our position on property valuation.
