I was hit from behind while sitting at a stoplight . Clearly the other driver was at fault . However the other insurance company kept dragging their feet and trying to minimize the damage that was done and the medical issues that I had after the accident. Gina Montgomery was a joy to work with. She kept me posted on what was going on with my case. She asked for my opinion on how to handle things during the case. She even took the time to pull me aside during the deposition when she saw me getting upset at the other lawyer trying to trick me. At first, I did not plan to contact a lawyer. I definitely did not think I had a Rutter Mills case. But I'm so glad I called them.
