Hired Rutter Mills for a simple accident insurance claim. Insurance company paid 50,000. I received 15,500. Medicare reimbursement was 13,000. Rutter Mills kept 20,000 for doing nothing more than making some phone calls and sending a few letters. Scam and rip off.

Through this whole process communication with this firm is really unacceptable.... Every time I call calls go to voicemail. I have yet speak to my negotiator who I didn't even know was changed. I've called 5 time since June 5th and am I met wit a voice mail that says I'll get a return phone call with in 24 hrs ... I have not recived that return phone call. The blatant deflect is noticeable... I know my case ain't gonna make you guys millions but I came to your firm and you took my case would appreciate it if somebody returned a phone call or 2 oh and I was I gotten email on the 28 of May only email I receive is what money you've made for somebody else !!!!
