Mr. Montagna was the BEST!! I had reckless driving and 2 seatbelt violations ( one for a minor) and he got my whole case DISMISSED!! He is definitely the go to guy for your case… I couldn’t appreciate and thank him enough!

Best traffic attorney you can get in the area hands-down. I received a reckless driving ticket in Hampton Roads doing 94 in a 60 mph zone with aggravating factors. Mr. Montagna was straight with me from the very beginning and didn’t promise me that I would get off Scott free but he gave me a list of things to do and I completed everything and it all worked out. What could’ve been jail time and a license suspension along with probation turned into a simple infraction. I highly recommend this attorney and if I ever have any trouble in the future I am going back.

I hired Mr.Montagna to defend me on a reckless driving charge I recently received. He was able to guide me towards actions to take before trial. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a lawyer in traffic court. He was able to get my ticket reduced to a small fine without any repercussions to my driving record or insurance. I am beyond grateful for his assistance in the matter. It makes a world of difference having a lawyer argue for you in front of a cop and judge rather than face them on your own.

Mr. Montagna is the most professional lawyer I’ve ever encountered. He works for his clients and put them first. I had a reckless driving charge that got reduced to a minor traffic infraction, which subsequently got dismissed as the judge was impressed I followed the steps mr montagna instructed me to take. He gets 10 stars from me!!!

Highly recommend for reckless driving charge. Anthony worked with me price wise since i was a veteran and was extremely proactive in advising me on how we would fight my case. I completed his tasks and by the time court came it was a slam dunk. Mr. Montagna was able to get my reckless driving of 88 in a 65 mph to improper handling with a minor fine.
