We've been making payments for the past year and all of a sudden they are attacking us as if we never made any payments. Never communicated to us if there was an outstanding balance, nothing. Now they're trying to garnish our wages for an amount beyond what was owed. Shady, unprofessional, and corrupt practices.

The absolute worst company ever. They confirmed that by law they can only take 25% of your paycheck. BUT once that check is deposited into your account they can take 100%. Which is insane because how can you get to work in order to earn the money they want IF YOU CAN'T GET TO WORK BECAUSE YOU HAVE NO MONEY?!?! How that makes sense to anyone is beyond me.

I called numerous times and sent several emails with no response…then revealed notice to appear in court regarding a debt payment that I was attempting to arrange to pay.

Unprofessional they put you on hold on the phone and then they hang up on you.Some of the staffs are rude and one of the lawyers do not want to help you and they will not return your phone calls And they watch and take pictures of you and your home .Beware. They will send a person to the wrong court room address .When file a complaint they will not call or reply back to you.
