This collection agency practices unethical collection practices.. They garnished my entire payroll for 3 weeks.. then told me in order to settle the account . I had to pay the settlement first before they would refund me what they collected. How does that make sense if you held my account hostage and I no longer have access to my funds. If they already collected they could have refunded me of the overpayment. This is unheard of and the most ridiculous thing ever. Harassment of working people. No consideration that this garnishment had me 2 months late on mortgage car payments utilities etc. I definitely filed a complaint with the state of MD

Awful place with questionable ethics and shady business practices. I owed them one payment 10/23- I missed it, was my mistake! Today 4/5/2024 they garnished MY WHOLE CHECK- $1200 more than my balance with no communication or warning. They said we spoke in February of 2023- 14 months ago! Over 2 hours on the phone with multiple transfers to different unhelpful people. Glasser and Glasser are the worst of the worst- I would give them ZERO STARS

Sandra and attorney Albiston are both very professional, patient, personable and empathetic to their clients with special need. The extended time patience and respect given to my family really made our experience that much more pleasant.

Their customer service department is nearly impossible to contact. I have been trying to get a debt settlement PAID for a week now. Zero answered calls, zero returned voicemail messages. Good luck everyone!

I found out two weeks ago that my wages were going to be garnished for the balance owed on a car I had 6 years ago. Let me add that 6 years ago I was in a car accident which my insurance company said the car was a total loss. My insurance company paid $4000.00 to the lender which is what the blue book value on the car. I never heard anything from the lender after they received their check. If it wasn’t for my employer get the court documents I would have never known about the garnishment because I had no communication from Glasser and Glasser. The court documents have an address to a house I haven’t lived in since 1999 and when I called to see what was going on I was told that was the address I used when I applied for the car and once I informed them that wasn’t true the young lady on the phone said oh I meant another address that I haven’t lived at in almost 6 years. I asked if we could work out a deal and was told they needed my income information and I said I will need to get that for you the young lady said oh give us a callback when you have it. I did just that and I haven’t been able to reach anyone on the phone and I have also sent emails on their website but I still haven’t heard anything back from them. They are taking $464.00 out of my check biweekly. Did I mention the count documents had February of 2023 on them but wasn’t received by the court until February of 2024. This company is terrible and are it taking peoples money without any notice.

Great to do business with. They are very caring. Sandra was main point of contact and she kept me up to date on things and made sure to check on me while I was recovering. Great company to deal with
