This firm is the worst! I had 2 debts with them and at which I was seeking to get a payoff settlement for both in Nov. 2022. I was able to get one settlement offer at which I paid and was advised to wait until after Jan. 2023 to call back to get a settlement offer on the other. I called back in Jan. and was told they would send it for review which was a stall tactic to file a date in court. When I called back a week later because I had not heard back from them I was told they couldn’t give me an offer and would have to wait until after April because they had filed for a court date. So I waited for April and was told they would need my financial and work history to be able to offer me anything. I explained that I am paying in full and you do not need my financial/employment information I just need a settlement offer. I’ve been fighting with this firm since Jan. On this matter I’m done communicating with theses low life’s.

This is by far the worst collection agency, they send you intimidating court letters that say you have a court date and when you call the court house to confirm they say they haven’t even entered on docket. Even after making a payment and attempting to set up a payment plan for my disabled mother the caller is making it impossible and referenced she can’t do this and that and was adamant about getting my mother to speak on the phone after numerous times mentioning to her that she has a speech disability still get harassed on the phone EVERYDAY.

Inhumane practices in collecting debts. Cut throats. They make Saul Goodman on Breaking Bad look like a saint.

This firm is the worst!!!! I had a settlement which i was paying $590/month for 6 months. During that time frame found out that my daughter has breast cancer. Supported her thru her chemo and double mastectomy. Called Glasser and Glasser to ask for an extension on my last 2 payments so I could catch up on my mortgage. I was told theres nothing that they can do. I'm ready to kill myself thanks to Glasser and Glasser. Wish me luck!

If you are looking to make payment arrangements for any debts you have, you might as well prepare yourself for wage garnishments that are far more than you can afford. I have tried contacting this company a multitude of times just to have to leave a voicemail and never get a call back. The representatives appear in court and tell you they are willing to work with you, but the reality is, they are not. They are willing to squeeze every penny out of you including garnishing a bonus check for $36.00, and continue to garnish you after garnishments were supposed to have ceased, and blame it on you for "not providing contact information of your employer." This has been the most difficult experience I have ever had with a company, and I cannot say enough bad things about this company. They will steal your money.

I found out 2 years after I was in an accident and total lost a car, that there was a balance still owed by a garnishment. No communication before the garnishment. They took $490 of my check every two weeks for 6 months. Then I received 4 checks back. So at this point I’m assuming the debt was paid, not knowing until a few weeks ago that after a year they have added $4000 in interest back to it once again. When I finally found out and called about it, I was told I should have called to see if it was paid off. I informed the agent I should have been notified that it wasn’t and they have not tried to collect in anyway. I was basically told “oh well”! I tried to set up a payment arrangement and was told it would take 24/48 hours and it’s been a week! No return calls and not able to get anyone on the phone! This balance doesn’t even appear on my credit and was writing off years ago by the auto loan company. Straight Trash!
