Highly recommend Matt! He's kind, compassionate, honest and a straight shooter. My daughter’s father (we all know the type) pressed false assault charges against me presumably to help with his custody argument and to distract from the plethora of morally corrupt evidence against him. As a former police officer, Matt was able to clearly see what was going on, argue for a dismissal (which was achieved) and is currently having the dismissed charges expunged. Mr. Curcione is an amazing lawyer. I had to call him from California when I found out my son was incarcerated for several very serious felony charges in Virginia. At first my son had a public defender, which he wasn't even granted bail.
