Matt is by far the best defense attorney I have ever worked with - not only did he get my reckless driving reduced to defective equipment (a zero point violation), he was a pleasure to work with and made the process seem easy. Additionally, his price made this a great value to where using him is a no brainer. I high recommend using Matt on any case.

The old saying is so real.. you pay for what you get. I have never had need of an attornery in my life, but I am glad that when I did; he was the one that went with. The quality of work that was put in by both he and Trevor; was worth every penny spent. Escpecially considering seriousness of the case. Easy to talk with and I just always felt they were going to war for me. Attorney Curcione literally saved my life. I am currently active duty military, Navy to be precise, with 10 years of service. In December 2018, I was involved in an unfortunate altercation, which led to a Class 3 Felony Malicious Wounding charge, and put my career and my family’s future in jeopardy. From the initial consultation, Mr. Curcione assured my wife and I that he would do everything is his power to take care of me, and ensure that my career wouldn’t be jeopardized. He was very proactive and aggressive in obtaining all the necessary evidence in order to build a strong defense. After 11 months and many well represented court appearances, on November 25, 2019, I was able to stand in front of a Norfolk judge with Mr. Curcione standing beside me, and get my charge dismissed. He is definitely the attorney you want in your corner if you’re going to court for whatever reason. He kept his word from day one, and because of that, I’ll be able to continue my military career.
