Bad form and misleading. They lie and tell you things like if you are tbe "legal, physical, primary guardian and father, that they can still do whatever with a minor without consent..."

All the staff at Cooper Hurley are wonderful. I never thought I would need a personal injury lawyer, and ended up needing one. After being rear ended, I knew I would then need an attorney. I couldn't have asked for a better team. Unfortunately COVID-19 hit a few months after, but they remained in contact. When they say they'll come to you, they truly will. Hopefully, I won't need to go through this again, but if I or anyone I know ever does need to, I would hands down use this team again.

Attorney Gregg really helped me out with my case. I was able to walk away with an outcome that was beyond my expectations. It was money well spent and I will be sure to call Attorney Gregg for any future legal needs.

I was briefed frequently and received updates. All my questions were answered. I’m very satisfied with the service and results.

I was in a car accident in 2018 that resulted in a chronic injury. This was the first time I’ve ever needed an attorney (& hopefully my last) to relieve myself of the pressure and stress insurance companies cause to quickly settle. And I’m so happy I did. When I hired Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers to represent me, I no longer had the stress of dealing with the insurance company and was able to focus on my health and healing. Not going to lie, it was rough in the beginning. Started with one attorney and paralegal, who soon after changed over to another paralegal and attorney. I was fortunate for this change because paralegal Billie Jo Holloman was much more communicative than the previous paralegal. I mean, I had no clue the process and wanted to be updated from time to time. Billie Jo was always a phone call away, and always reassured me that I didn’t need to stress and to focus on my treatment/healing. So grateful for her because this process took over 3 years to settle.. As we approached the 2 year mark, my case was moved to litigation attorney John Baker and his paralegal, Nichelle Stone. Both absolutely wonderful to work with. Nichelle was also always a phone call away. She returned calls and emails promptly, always assured me that they were working on my case. I can’t imagine how much work she put in, but I can imagine it was a lot given the results of my settlement. Collecting bills from providers, negotiating them down, and ensuring they were all paid before closing my case was a huge weight off my shoulders. Mr. Baker did a wonderful job in representing me to the very end. He built a wonderful case against the other driver, and successfully negotiated a settlement during mediation. Very happy with the results of my case. Would’ve been much happier had the accident never occurred, but I now know that I can call Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers and will be taken well care of. Highly recommend to anyone suffering from a personal injury. (Edit to add) The handful of times I had to go into the office located downtown Norfolk, receptionist Ty Bryant was absolutely amazing. She’s super friendly and personable and made the short wait times fly by with conversation. I enjoyed chatting with her and could tell she really liked her job at Cooper Hurley.
