I went to court for no insurance and reckless driving failure to maintain control. S.w. Dawson got the insurance completely dismissed and the reckless driving failure to maintain control down to just failure to maintain control. He is an amazing lawyer and worth every penny.

Paul was amazing! He worked with me and the judge to reduce my traffic ticket from a misdemeanor down to an infraction as rightfully so, got my fines and points reduced along with even reducing my insurance premiums!! I would highly Recommend Hiring this law firm. I visited Virginia and was issued two speeding tickets 83/55 and 76/55 , both were reckless driving which is a misdemeanor in Virginia. They were able to get both amended to improper driving, which resulted in me having to pay a couple fines. Highly recommend.

This lawyer was great! I got a reckless driving ticket(going 20mph over)(misdemeanor in VA) while visiting family in virginia and he was able to get it down to the lowest moving infraction possible! Military friendly!!!! He was used to out of state licenses and addresses. I didn’t even have to come back to show up in court due to the work he put in! Thanks a lot Paul Ertel!
