Got a ticket in Chesapeake, called Fidelity and spoke to Mr. Ertel to get represented. It was a very great interaction as Mr. Ertel is knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions that I had regarding my case. I currently live out of state and he kept in contact with me throughout the process. I would call them again if needed legal help in VA. I called two other companies before them and they were the first ones to respond back to me, they will no doubt take care of their clients. No complaints here
