If you ever find yourself in need of legal council, Matthew is the man to go to. He made me feel comfortable from the first consultation. He is always prompt to every hearing and always prepared for anything. I had a PO order placed against me. Mr Curcione took my case guided me through the whole process and was extremely helpful. He even improvised and got me a lawyer on the spot, when my case took a turn into a different issue. End of story PO order was dropped and had the outcome I hoped for. I ended up hiring him for a second time, this time more serious allegation charges one being a felony. We beat the misdemeanor and today we beat the felony at the preliminary hearing! You rarely see this. Him caring and working hard for my cases made a huge difference. I would retain him again without a hesitation!
