I highly recommend Mr. Curcione to any person facing legal issues of any kind. His knowledge and experience with the law and the local courts enabled him to successfully resolve not only the legal issues I initially brought to him, but allowed him identify and successfully resolve a past legal issue that was threatening to do more harm to me than the original one. He truly exceeded my expectations in every area.

Mr. Curcione met with me the afternoon before my court date and presented my case the following morning with confidence and finesse. My case was dismissed due to insufficient evidence and I could not be more pleased with this result! He is definitely talented and knowledgeable. He's also kind and understanding. His background in law enforcement is an asset and how he dealt with opposing counsel was my favorite part. He so rocks!!! You must retain this man, he is worth every cent.

Mr. Curcione represented me in a convoluted employee dispute, and despite a very difficult opposing party, he was able to negotiate a very satisfactory outcome for me. Great person! I chose matt curcione as my lawyer because he was the only lawyer that returned my phone call within the same day. I recommend Curcione Law if you are looking for or are in need of a defense attorney. He was respectful and professionally personable. He also return your calls and emails in a timely manner -as your lawyer he tries to be available as much as he can for his clients. His price is also reasonable to serve you in court!

I am so thankful I decided to chose Mr. Curcione. He is very personable and professional. He takes his time out to get to know you and listen to what you need. I had a reckless driving ticket and the judge we had was extremely strict. Luckily I had Mr. Curcione expertise and relationships with the judicial system, it was reduced to a speeding. I highly recommend him as a legal representative for anyone! He is awesome at what he is passionate about.

Mr Curcione was very helpful with the whole process from the initial consultation to the court date he was present the entire process. His recommendations and advice helped me reduce my reckless driving offense to something lower and I kept me license! He advised me on how to properly address the judge in court prior to my hearing and everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend his to anyone in the Virginia beach district!
