I really enjoyed the service because the experience was made easier to understand and to help walk me through my legal matters and to notify me on steps to improve my case. I highly recommend him for any future legal matters.

I was facing possible jail time, but Matthew Curcione was able to review the bodycam footage and found that my search and seizure was conducted unlawfully and had my trial null processed. He was able to turn a felony into no record and I will definitely recommend him to everyone I know.

He was a really good lawyer. He got my reckless ticket dropped down to improper driving and saved me from a major consequences. He stayed in contact with me the whole time. He was very amazing.

But that doesn’t do enough justice to really put into perspective how hard working he is. From being passionate, doing the leg work, spending hours a days, at a time ensuring he provided the best quality of service. To being courteous and profound, breaking down every move every step of the way in a simple to understand manner whenever I was inquisitive. To being assertive and empathetic, getting the job done exceptionally well professionally while being understanding and personal to those he assists showing that he cares. The fact he’s able to showcase an amazing balance of everything I’ve named so far without breaking a sweat, is what brought me to saying in a nutshell..wow! I went 2 months trying to find the right firm that could truly assist me and to say it was challenging is an understatement. The many firms I inquired with were either a bit rude and didn’t actively listen to my concerns an request, lacked enthusiasm to do more than the bare minimum, or simply didn’t care to provide quality service. I lost hope and became very discouraged until I met with Mr. Ertel and the wonderful people at Fidelity Law Firm. In one conversation not only did he cater to all of my requests, he actively listened an engaged, and critically thought out all aspects I asked him about an ensured me everything would be taken care of. I highly recommend their services an honestly can say they made my life so much better in the little matter of time that they’ve assisted me.
