After serving 18 plus years in the military I was wrongfully administratively separated. I reached out to the Griffin Lawfirm and asked what I could do to get my characterization changed. The Griffin Lawfirm walked me through the process step-by-step and was with me the entire way. With their knowledge of military law, orders and regulations they were able to provide the evidence needed to prove that I in fact was wrongfully separated. After a long wait I was granted an honorable discharge with an RE -1A Reenlistment code. I truly believe if it wasn’t for the expertise, and hard work I would still be dealing with this problem. My family and I are extremely grateful for the Griffin Lawfirm and I recommend anybody dealing with any kind of military legal issues to obtain counsel from the Griffin Lawfirm.

This lawyer was great! I got a reckless driving ticket(going 20mph over)(misdemeanor in VA) while visiting family in virginia and he was able to get it down to the lowest moving infraction possible! Military friendly!!!! He was used to out of state licenses and addresses. I didn’t even have to come back to show up in court due to the work he put in! Thanks a lot Paul Ertel!

Very satisfied with results from Mr. Curcione. He'll tell you what you need to know and what to do, regardless of how much you've screwed up in multiple occasions and situations, he does not give up and knows the law very well. He was able to dropped and closed false accusation cases and investigations against me which has been a long arduous process. Highly recommend if you're dealing with PPO and, as active duty service member, he worked with me through NCIS investigation, as well. Highly recommend to any and all criminal cases!

Mr. Ertel previously helped with a case and he did good. Once the case was sentenced he said I could reach out if I had any questions/concerns or even about next steps. I’ve been reaching out to him since April to talk about next steps, via phone call , email and text. He hasn’t returned any of my contact attempts. Very disappointing because I thought we had a positive professional relationship. Even if he couldn’t assist me a response is better than ignoring. Hope to hear from him soon since this is a bad review, and unlike his work ethic.

I would like to take a moment to share my experience with the Attonery Paul. I live in Houston, but I have a close family member that resides in the Nolkfolk area and required legal advise. I reached out to Paul for assistance, Paul took the time to hear about the circumstances, which took about an hour of time, he took a personal interest in my concerns, he offered to investigate the matter with the court docket, and make phone calls to provide me with a comprehensive assessment over a period of few days. Ultimately, my personal matter was resolved and no longer required Paul assistance. I requested to compensate Paul for his time, but refuse to invoice me, because his position was he didn't do much, and if I needed his assistance in the future please give hme call. Of course I will! His legal advice was invaluable.
