Our past experience with lawyers hasn't always been pleasant - they were difficult to reach, didn't seem to care much, missed things, and charged high fees. This is our first experience with Avvo....and we had a lawyer quickly respond but then disappear. However, with John and his staff, communication was fast, clear and straightforward - which was appreciated as we had only a few days to look over paperwork regarding a real estate investment.
