Absolutely amazing experience with my attorney, Stephen Thomas. He was able to help me have a backup plan for court in case my underway schedule changed since I am in the military and our schedule is always in Flux, as well as make sure I knew what to expect the day of court. He and his legal secretary responded quickly to all my emails and calls. We were able to get a more favorable court finding thanks to the work they both put into my case!

We hired Steven Thomas to help us recover our deposit from a fraudulent contractor. He walked us through the entire process and laid out several options we could pursue. The process went exactly as he explained it would and in the end we were awarded a judgement against the contractor for the full amount as well as attorney fees.

Briefly wanted to share my experience retaining Steven Thomas as my attorney. I was charged for dui and assumed my life over. He assured me he would fight tirelessly to either get a reduction or acquittal. He was a man of his word. He was straight foward , honest , hardworking. Ultimately my charges were reduced . I couldn’t be more satisfied with outcome of Steven Thomas hardwork.

Complete waste of money. Look elsewhere if you’ve received a ticket in the state of Virginia! These individuals are inexperienced and unhelpful. I have NO problem sharing my experience with you if you would like to know more !
Direct quote from Steven Thomas: “ While I understand you are frustrated with the outcome of the case in the general district court, I can only do so much from a legal standpoint.”
I paid $1300 to have this firm tell me there that “there is only so much they can do.” What is the point of hiring you then!!? DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!!

I was recently charged with a reckless driving case and I was recommended to this law firm. I got Madeline Loving as my attorney and she was absolutely amazing! She got everything handled for me in advance so we were ready to go the day of court, she kept me updated on everything and was available anytime I needed to get ahold of her.
