First off, I was always greeted with kind words, and big smiles every time I called or came to the office! And can’t I say enough good things about the staff I interacted with! I made the mistake of being skeptical, scared and not very trusting after my Injuries and accident! My best advice to you is- if you hire this firm; You have got to have faith and trust these guys! They know what they are doing! They get things done and have your best interest at heart even though you may not realize it or see it! Being hurt is a very traumatic and scary experience and sometimes it’s hard to trust during that horrific time! Especially that recovery process. I know it was for me! But I’m telling you from my own personal experience- this firm has your back and they will fight hard for you! I had the honor of having John Cooper, Paige, Jenny and Stephanie fighting for me to get me justice after what happened to me! I was a bit skeptical and absolutely terrified after my accident and TBI but in the end I was more than pleased! This crew is more than fair, honest and trustworthy! I was taken care of! My experience at Cooper Hurley was AWESOME! All of the workers were so friendly. Every time I come into the office I’m welcomed and ask if I’m in need of any refreshments which is lovely !
