How do you expect anyone to pay off a debt with the crazy interest rates, fees, etc!?
2k paid later and I’m taken back to court and right back where I started. To hell with this establishment. Don’t deal with them if you can avoid it.

They say the front office represents the entire company. Well, the office must be as unprofessional as the receptionist. The receptionist had me take a seat to wait for the party I was meeting. She received a phone call about my transaction and proceed to ask me questions across the lobby floor. Where is the professionalisms and confidentiality?

It is difficult to get a payment set up with this debt collector, even in person not many questions were able to be answered outside of making a payment at the window. Hopefully this new online transaction process is better. It is still a little late after two bounce fees from weeks late attempts from the decided date to retrieve funds? Debt sucks already dont make me have to fight you to pay you lol.
