I took a look at my fiances monthly payment receipt and realized they are adding money on instead of decreasing money from the account .not to mention they aren't even putting the money to the actual account they are putting it all towards thier own interest .

Went into the office on Wed. Feb 7 to pay the debt and was told my bank account will be unfrozen within 24-48 hours. 48 hours ended on Friday Feb. 9 at 4pm. Here it is Monday, Feb. 12 at 1:30pm and my account is still locked. I called the law office on Friday and multiple times today, Monday, and was told they fax the release to both the bank and the court on Friday. The bank called said they never received the release and even if they did unless it has a judge's signature the account will not be unlocked. The court clerk said they do not accept faxes. This is very frustrating!

Poorest and most dirty way I've seen people deal with situations where people are down on their luck. Emptied and overdrafted my whole bank account with NOTHING left to support myself. And no access to my bank account until we go to court. I can't believe this is the America we live in.

Shameful

I have dealt with many different companies in my lifetime, and now I can truly say that this so called legal firm is the most unethical and unprofessional collection of people I have ever seen. I called and informed them of my job loss and that at the time I had no funds available to pay on the debt. I happen to be on someone else's bank account just in case. This unethical group of people went into the individuals account and took his pension and social security monies to cover my debt! By the way this person is not on the bill anywhere. They literally cleaned the account out! Don't waste your time trying to rectify the situation over the phone. This person is taking the firm to court.

I contact the company to receive the final payoff amount to settle any business with Glasser. Why did they need to know my current job, salary, and additional contact information ? The response i got was to keep my information up to date in their system. If I am doing a full settlement, why do you need to be able to reach me 60 days from now. Also they issued a garnishment on my bank account. There wasn't any notification. Let's see how long after they process my check does it take for Glasser to remove the garnishment and update the courts.
