Mr. Curcione was excellent in assisting me with a ticket I received. I am an out of state driver, and while every case is different Mr. Curcione was able to appear in court on my behalf (saved me a 4 hour trip back to Virginia) and delivered a great result. I made a few calls but he was the only one that took the extra 5-10 minutes to explain the process in general to me in addition to my specific case details. He is very responsive, very detail oriented, and makes steps to building your best case very clear. If you find yourself in a sticky situation in an area Mr. Curcione serves it will be very difficult to find yourself a better attorney.

Mr. Curcione was an absolute pleasure to have on my case. His responsiveness to all questions and procedures was fast, accurate and honest. He has a great work ethic, and even responded to me over weekends and off hours of the need was there. Mr. Cursion got me out of a really tough situation, I was pulled over going 83 in a 55. That’s jail time and a pretty big fine but Mr. Cursion made it look easy and got me 0 jail time and no fine plus I got to keep my license. He works with you and tells you step by step what you have to do, he’s honestly really trust worthy and I know if I ever get in trouble again he will be the first person I contact.
