James was courteous and professional during the duration of my case. He was prepared and knowledgeable about the issue at hand, and got the charges dismissed quickly. I would highly recommend this law group to anyone that needs an advocate.

Looks impressively sharp, the kind of look you want on your side. Chevy Chase look alike. Studies the case on the day of court. makes the deals on the day of court. more of a dealing spirit verses a fighting spirit. End result, make the deal. I don't like my deal. case summed up was a "he said she said" case. I lost to the deal. your call. Things you don't want to hear from a doctor in the operating room. I just read your file Your not going to want to hear what I have to say. This does not look good or I don't think I can do this. Things you don't want to hear from your lawyer before trial. I just read you file. They got too much against you. The judge won't want to hear that. Basically, I don't think I can win. I should have asked what they had against me, then take my chances and fight. it is better to fight and have lost than not fight at all. The deal is worse than what I asked for.

Couldn't be happier with my outcome. MR. Curcione was pleasant from the moment I met with him. He is very knowledgeable with the law and the system. As a previous police officer I felt a lot of trust. He was always there at court, never late, took his time to do his homework and worked closely with the DA to get the best outcome. He has gone as far as traveling to northern Virginia to represent me. He is able to provide an insightful strategy, while adequately preparing you to have the best legal defense in court. He will fight for you to have the most the favorable outcome, given the circumstances of the case. For example, he successfully defended a possession charge to which I was found not guilty and had the case dismissed. On another occasion, I was charged reckless 95+mph. Both charges were misdemeanor offenses with possible jail time. And through technicalities that would’ve easily been overlooked by an attorney that isn’t thorough, we won in court. His litigation skills are exceptional to none. He is a well seasoned veteran with knowledgeable experience. A heavy hitter in the courtroom. His office staff are great to deal with as well. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of defense or legal counseling.
