I was in an accident and the insurance company was very rude and pushy trying to get me to do a one time settlement while I was still receiving medical treatment. I called K&N as a recommendation of a coworker and they took care of everything. The insurance company tried to lowball me and K&N made sure that my medical needs came first and then got me a fair settlement.

I was in a crash and my worst experience was the insurance company delaying things at every turn. But, my attorneys at Kalfus and Nachman were great at encouraging me to seek the medical care and surgery I needed. Christopher Jacobs filed suit for me and pushed the insurance company to take responsibility for the crash that caused me to have surgery. I’d recommend that if you’re in crash and need a great attorney call Christopher Jacobs at Kalfus & Nachman. He was great at keeping me informed and pressing the insurance company into a corner.

I was incredibly pleased with my experience at Kalfus and Nachman. I sustained a rear-end collision, and suffered a concussion and whiplash. The whole process of dealing with the insurance company was overwhelming. I gave that job to my attorney, Paul Hernandez, and focused on my physical therapy and healing. I just got my settlement check and am quite satisfied. My thanks to Paul Hernandez and his team.
