It really was like family! Colin made himself available quickly when I was involved in an accident which totaled my car and injured me. My attorney was quick to return my calls and listened to me. He was able to get a great settlement for me but also was willing to go to trial too if I wanted. This office has the most rude and uninformed secretaries I have ever come across. To call an auto repair shop to complain about a sale item and demand things be done your way because of who you work for is a disgrace.
